This winter the cross over kitesurfer turned wakeboarder (she still kites of course, but often gets funny looks for rocking her kite board at the cable park) Julia Castro headed out to the Philippines where she got some riding time under the cable of CWC and also managed to get some time on the open water with her kite, showing just what an all round rider she is.
